Responsibilities

• Implement planograms and ensure correct product ranges.
• Merchandise and present the store to high standards.

• Develop communication between staff and management in a safe, respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support Store Manager in team training and smooth store operation.
• Manage employee performance with feedback and recognition.
