Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in Ireland is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the fill operation, deliver a sales floor ready to trade, and take operational responsibility when the Colleague Manager is absent.

You will coordinate resources to complete daily tasks, lead the floor in opening readiness, ensure a safe, clean, well-presented store, and role-model outstanding Customer Service and M&S behaviours.
