B&Q Tallaght is hiring a Store Manager to lead our Tallaght store, driving sales, service and people development. You’ll inspire customers and colleagues alike and push performance while creating a store you’re proud to run.

This permanent role is 36.75 hours per week (full time/part time or job share) with a comprehensive package including a competitive salary up to €88,800, plus bonus, pension, HSF and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail leader with bags of ideas and a creative streak.
• Brilliant people skills and the ability to lead by example in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to improve performance and customer service levels.
