B&Q Ireland in Tallaght is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy home improvement store. This role offers 36.75 hours per week with options for full-time, part-time or job share; permanent position with up to €88,800 salary, plus bonus, pension, HSF and generous Holiday.

You will inspire customers and colleagues, drive performance and service levels, and create an environment where team members feel supported and empowered to share ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Able to cover bank holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong people skills with focus on customer service.
