B&Q Athlone is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead an inclusive, high-performing team on the shop floor, driving commercial delivery, stock control, range changes and promotions while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will coach colleagues, conduct reviews using sales data and loyalty insights, and build deep product knowledge to ensure every customer counts. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary and strong bonus and pension benefits.
