Job summary

B&Q Limited in Tallaght, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a full-time, part-time or job-share arrangement (36.75 hours per week). The role is permanent with a salary up to €88,800 plus bonus, pension, HSF and generous holiday.

You will lead by example, develop a high-performing team, delight customers, and drive store performance using both traditional and new technologies. The package reflects our commitment to diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.

• Experienced retail leader with strong people skills and customer focus.
• Willing to cover bank holidays, evenings and weekends as required.
