Job summary

B&Q Athlone is seeking a Trading Team Manager to drive commercial delivery on the sales floor and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service to every customer.

The role offers full-time, part-time or job-share options, a permanent contract, a salary up to €45,000 plus bonus, a company pension, and 6.8 weeks holiday. You’ll lead stock management, promotions, and inventory reviews in-store.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, lead end-to-end stock management, range changes and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build product knowledge and deliver meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count.
