Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking an energetic Store Manager for our Ireland operation. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, manage costs, and maintain visual standards across the store.

You will inspire your team to reach their full potential, while upholding the brand values and delivering a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience for all customers. This role requires flexibility to support other stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer focused service in a retail setting.
• Proven track record of leading a retail team to success.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Creative approach to store development and staff development.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of the store through developing your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Generate profit by surpassing KPIs, managing P&L and controllable costs in line with budget.
• Ensure the team are motivated and knowledgeable to achieve excellence in their roles.
• Maximise commercial opportunities through Visual Merchandising and high standards.
• Promote and deliver services (e.g., piercing) with the team.
• Be flexible to support other stores and team members toward common goals.
• Foster an inclusive environment promoting equality and kindness.
