Job summary

Lone Design Club in Ireland seeks a driven Store Manager for our 55 Kildare store. You will own all operations, lead a high-performing team, manage customer experience, and drive local marketing activation to grow footfall and brand presence.

You will be the in-store face, championing our mission, delivering results, and shaping the future of physical retail through creative, commercially minded leadership and strong relationship-building with partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a store or senior retail team.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Track record of driving sales, conversion and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee day-to-day store operations for the 55 Kildare store.
• Recruit, manage and motivate a high-performing store team.
• Ensure smooth opening/closing, stock management, VM, health & safety and security.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement localised marketing strategies and events.
• Build relationships with the local community, influencers, and partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and train the team on storytelling and service excellence.
