You will own the store’s standards, nurture a safe and welcoming environment, lead through innovation, and collaborate with regional teams to shape initiatives and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience delivering exceptional customer experiences at a senior level.
• Ability to make strategic business decisions to maximise profitability and growth.
• Strong ability to analyse reports and use insights to improve productivity.
• Awareness of market, fashion, and fitness trends; competitive and innovative mindset.
• Commitment to developing people and leading a talented team.
• Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and product placement to create inspiring in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, maximise productivity, and control costs across the store.
• Recruit, coach, and develop your team and keep engagement high.
• Set objectives and KPI targets and ensure achievement.
• Support underperformers and align performance with objectives.
• Be a commercial and inspirational leader to coach EPIC team.
• Oversee stock management and rotation, ensuring availability and presentation.
• Implement VM standards and report outcomes to regional operations.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with regional and Brand Centre teams to align strategy.
