Job summary

The North Face in Dublin is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, oversee daily store operations and uphold the brand’s standards across merchandising and presentation.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and planning, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications
