• Proficient in Excel/Word/Email usage.
• Available to cover at least one Sunday in four.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily store operations; open/close in their absence.
• Provide personal, positive customer service and upsell where possible.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Open, process, and verify cash handling; deliver accurate end-of-day reports.
• Coordinate deliveries and stock; ensure procedures are followed.
• Support staff with tasks and ensure efficient store workflow.
• Handle basic administrative duties and sales transactions.
• Be security‑conscious and deter theft; safeguard stock.
