Job summary

Intersport Elverys in Ireland is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive store performance, oversee operations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage day-to-day activities, set targets, coach staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety, budgets and merchandising standards across our retail network.

The role requires 2–3 years retail management, strong communication, IT skills including Excel and SAP, and a passion for delivering results.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years retail management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong customer focus and sales drive.
• Proficient IT knowledge including Excel and SAP.
