Fin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary product team building both backend and frontend systems. You will work closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to solve real customer problems with scalable software.

You will contribute to architecture, deploy features on a fast cadence, and mentor other engineers as the team grows, while leveraging AI-powered tools for productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software engineering, preferably SaaS.
• Proficient in a high-level language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript) and quick to learn new ones.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and designers.
• Experience with distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend and frontend features for Fin's platform.
• Contribute to technical architecture and scaling as we grow.
• Ship production changes rapidly with a strong deployment cadence.
• Mentor peers and participate in interviews to grow the team.
