Descripción de la vacante

Productboard, the leading AI-first product management platform, seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the intersection of AI-powered workflows and core product experiences like roadmapping and prioritization in Dublin. You will drive customer engagement end-to-end, set strategic roadmaps, and partner with design to deliver frictionless, enterprise-grade workflows.

You will mentor PMs, prototype with AI tools, and shape the future of agentic product management within Spark and Productboard.

Formación

• 8+ years in product management, all of it hands-on.
• A senior individual contributor on complex products, with enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
• Proven owner of a core product area such as planning, prioritization, or customer-facing workflows, with shipped systems.

Responsabilidades

• Know the customer better than anyone. Understand how modern product organizations actually work, and where structure plus an agent removes work rather than adding tooling.
• Own the core experience for roadmapping, prioritization, and customer engagement. Set the strategy, roadmap, and metrics that show value and partner with design to deliver frictionless outcomes.
• Own the intersection where Spark meets structured UI and determine how it acts and how it proposes, ensuring alignment with roadmaps, priorities, and customer records.
• Rebuild workflows for an AI-first operating model and ship new defaults that outperform the old ones.
• Drive initiatives across teams, framing, aligning, shipping, and measuring impact across the product.
