About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-enabled software products.

You will own AI product initiatives from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with Engineering, Data, UX and business stakeholders, you will identify valuable use cases, define product requirements and turn emerging AI capabilities into practical customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of AI product initiatives from discovery and validation through to delivery and adoption.
• Identify customer problems and evaluate where AI can deliver commercial and operational value.
• Develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned AI capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories and success measures.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data and UX teams to assess feasibility and deliver scalable solutions.
• Prioritise the backlog based on customer value, commercial impact, technical complexity and risk.
• Lead product discovery, prototyping, experimentation and validation.
• Define and monitor adoption, engagement, performance and commercial metrics.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform product decisions.
• Communicate product direction, progress, risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure AI products are developed with appropriate consideration for data quality, privacy, security and responsible use.

Skills and Experience

• Commercial experience managing software or SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience owning and delivering AI, machine-learning or generative-AI product capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle, including discovery, experimentation, validation and ongoing optimisation.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Data and UX teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap and backlog-management experience.
• Commercially minded and comfortable using data to assess product performance.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced product and engineering environment.
• Ability to explain the AI products or features you personally owned, the decisions you made and the outcomes achieved.

Additional Experience

• Experience with AI-powered SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with large language models, conversational AI, automation or intelligent workflows.
• Experience launching new AI capabilities from concept to production.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data governance and privacy considerations.
