Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead technical design on engagements and shape enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will drive pre-sales demos, craft architecture aligned with client needs, and contribute to the growth of PwC Ireland’s Salesforce business across the EMEA region.

The role requires deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong communication to non-technical audiences, and a track record of delivering complex transformation programs in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience scoping, designing, and implementing technology-enabled B2B and/or B2C transformation programmes.
• Significant experience ideally gained with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform technical architecture.
• Ability to communicate technical architecture to non-technical audiences.
• Ideally, experience with technology alliance go-to-market models.
• Experience working across a consulting sales cycle.
• Knowledge of digital solution and integration components within enterprise architecture.
• Experience defining technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions.
• Experience leading technical design on project implementations.
• Experience defining high-level solution options and recommending solutions in bid responses and client demos.
• Available for work visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help clients define future-state solutions tailored to their needs and enabled by Salesforce.
• Hold lead technical roles on engagements.
• Contribute to the growth of PwC Ireland’s Salesforce business.
• Support pre-sales activities by defining solutions and bringing them to life in demos.
• Understand digital solution and integration components and their relationship to enterprise architecture.
• Define technology objectives, assess solution options, and devise architectural solutions aligned with strategic and operational requirements.
• Lead technical design on project implementations with PwC teams in Ireland and across EMEA.
• Convert opportunities to deals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Define high-level solution options from high-level requirements.
• Recommend solutions in bid responses, including client demos.
• Share knowledge, assets, and best practices with EMEA architecture teams.
• Lead CRM technology thought leadership within the Irish firm and local market.
