Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Architect experience (Solution/Technical/Hybrid).
• Strong Service Cloud and Case Management expertise.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments (finance/healthcare/public sector).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Service Cloud and Case Management solutions.
• Conduct prototyping and feasibility workshops to validate requirements and approaches.
• Design and optimise case management workflows and service operations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations, data models, and configurations follow best practices.
• Guide development teams on architecture, compliance, and delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements.
