Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Customer Success Engineer based in Ireland to support integrations and ongoing technical customer support for digital sportsbook products across international client platforms.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams and internal product, development, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementations and reliable service delivery, while growing technical expertise in the esports ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of sports betting and sportsbook platforms.
• Technical background with interest in digital products and technology.
• Excellent English communication with both international customers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in technical customer support or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Basic understanding of web technologies and protocols, with ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Integrate sportsbook products into customer platforms following established procedures.
• Provide technical support to international B2B customers on operational issues and product questions.
• Coordinate across customer IT, product, development, and sales teams for new integrations and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot incidents, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.
• Manage multiple customer relationships across different locations with professional communication.
• Create and update technical documentation, integration guides, and knowledge-base resources.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to integration and support processes.
• Develop strong customer relationships through clear, diplomatic communication across lifecycle stages.
• Stay informed about sportsbook products and esports trends to improve guidance.
• Be willing to travel to support customer needs.
