Job summary

BoyleSports Kilkenny is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team. You will help provide an outstanding customer experience, support the Shop Manager, and ensure high standards throughout the day.

The role involves opening and closing the shop, handling cash and bets accurately, promoting our digital journey, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced betting environment. Training and progression opportunities are available as you grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Open and close the shop and guide the team.

• Act as Brand Ambassador promoting multi-channel/digital journey.
• Maintain shop presentation and ensure safety/compliance.
• Develop through on-the-job training opportunities.
