Job summary

Procore is seeking a Spanish-speaking Enterprise Strategic Product Consultant, Cost Management to join our Professional Services team and help enterprise customers adopt Procore’s Project Execution solutions. You’ll bring expertise in Financials, Project Management, Quality & Safety, and construction industry best practices to enhance how they plan, deliver, and manage projects.

This full-time role reports to the Manager of Strategic Product Consultants and is based in London or Dublin.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years in financials, project management, quality, or safety in AEC.
• Experience in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, PM, or QA/Safety.
• Proficient with project financials, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of cost control and project delivery governance.
• Experience conducting client discovery sessions and presenting onsite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients post-sale, transforming legacy processes with Procore.
• Develop client business processes to align with Procore SOPs via training.
• Teach industry best practices across cost management, project controls, quality, safety.
• Create thought leadership materials like workshops and webinars.
• Apply knowledge of construction operations to improve client processes.
• Provide high-level service and education through clear communication.
• Mentor team members and foster positive culture.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites and events.
