Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a driven, bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our B2B sales division in Ireland. This hybrid role serves Cork-area or remote candidates, focusing on growing revenue within named accounts.

You will work with an established client base, communicate with Spanish-speaking customers, and leverage Keeper solutions to protect and optimize clients’ cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles.
• Must be fluent, both verbal and written in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within SMB Cohort.
• Communicate with Spanish speaking customers, both written and verbal.
• Provide strong interactions with customers at Senior Management level, supporting relationships with C-level contacts.
• Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, and close deals.
