Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of named accounts; drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product and support teams to ensure customer success and value realization.
• Provide data-driven insights, best practices, and guidance to customers on Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions.
