Job summary

MarketStar is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Spanish bilingual) to support a leading global technology provider’s Education business across the EMEA region. The role focuses on new business development, customer acquisition, and pipeline generation within schools, colleges, universities, and educational organisations.

The successful candidate will drive outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or New Business Sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage education institutions across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to understand challenges, objectives and technology needs.
• Deliver tailored solution demonstrations and presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities through the cycle.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets.
