Job summary

MarketStar is hiring a Turkish bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support a leading education technology provider in the EMEA region. You will drive new business, engage schools and universities, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle from Dublin onsite.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and channel partners to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or New Business Sales.
• Experience managing outbound prospecting activities and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience working towards sales, pipeline, and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage education institutions across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and technology needs.
• Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets and maintain CRM records.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and channel partners.
• Share customer insights, market intelligence, and feedback with internal teams.
• Participate in business reviews and pipeline discussions with leadership.
