Great National Hotel Ballina is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead Eidin Spa with a strong focus on guest experience, revenue growth and exceptional service.

You will manage daily spa operations, develop the team, ensure high standards of treatments, and collaborate with hotel departments to enhance the guest journey. A minimum of three years’ spa management experience and a CIDESCO/ITEC/CIBTAC qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' spa management or supervisory experience.
• ITEC, CIDESCO or CIBTAC beauty therapy qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising rosters, budgets, stock and guest services.
• Proficient in spa treatments, consultations and safety protocols.
• Able to develop promotions and local partnerships.

• Oversee daily spa operations and staff rosters.
• Lead training and development of spa team.
• Ensure treatments and consultations meet professional standards.
• Drive revenue through promotions and service packages.
