Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Golf Services.
• Experience within a 5* environment is advantageous.
• Must possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Must have fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with transport and luggage.
• Organise transfer bookings around the resort.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at the clubhouse.
• Handle all caddy fees and assist golf team as needed.
