Sheen Falls Lodge, part of Relais & Châteaux, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join The Falls Kitchen, a Michelin-recognised luxury dining destination in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

Under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef, you will lead kitchen operations and help develop a high-caliber culinary team. The role suits a qualified chef with a passion for food, strict HACCP standards, and a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a five-star environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified chef with experience in a luxury fine-dining environment.
• Strong culinary knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of The Falls Kitchen, maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
• Maintain consistently high standards across all service periods.
• Ensure food presentation meets The Falls Kitchen standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Lead and support the kitchen team during service and collaborate with the Executive Head Chef.
