The Falls Kitchen at Sheen Falls Lodge, part of Relais & Chateaux, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

This luxury five-star environment offers opportunities to develop leadership and advanced culinary skills under the guidance of our Executive Head Chef. Qualifications

• Qualified chef with experience in a luxury fine-dining environment.

• Proven leadership to support and motivate a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of The Falls Kitchen and maintain high standards.
• Lead and support the kitchen team during service.
• Ensure food preparation/presentation meets The Falls Kitchen standards.
• Uphold food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to deliver consistent quality.
