Job summary

Personio is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Dublin, Amsterdam, or London to support UKI and Benelux sales with technical requirements and product expertise. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to craft technical solutions and commercial proposals while traveling up to 20% of the time.

The role requires 2–3+ years in Solutions Engineering, a SaaS background, and strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar role.
Technical background with SaaS, IT infrastructure, IT stack and security protocols.
Customer-centric and commercially driven.
Data-driven with analytical mindset; tailor efforts to customer needs.
Up-to-date knowledge in security/compliance (e.g., ISO27k).
English proficiency; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for the sales team focused on UKI and Benelux.
Collaborate with account executives to define technical requirements and solution scope.
Be the product expert for sales and prospects.
Support creation of commercial proposals and ROI/TCO calculations.
Support other regions/markets as required.
Travel to customer sites 10–20% of time.
