Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS/AI sales.
• Experience leading Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Solution Engineers across SMB and Enterprise segments.
• Own team quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy and productivity metrics.
• Drive disciplined opportunity qualification and structured deal reviews.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure SLA adherence.
• Act as executive sponsor on complex enterprise API opportunities.
