You will manage quota attainment, pipeline hygiene, and KPI metrics while ensuring compliant, data-driven outcomes. Strong SaaS and API fluency, plus experience engaging both technical and executive stakeholders, are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• SaaS/AI/technology sales experience required.
• CRM management expertise, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with sales sequencing and engagement tools.
• English proficiency at C1 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage Solution Engineers across SMB, Enterprise Qualification, and Renewals.
• Own team-level quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics.
• Establish cadence for pipeline reviews, coaching, and QA scorecard reviews.
• Act as executive sponsor on complex enterprise API opportunities.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and reporting accuracy.
