Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insolvency law issues across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Advise creditors, directors and liquidators on enforcement aspects of insolvency.
• Manage litigation caseloads, draft pleadings, liaise with counsel and manage case files.
• Ensure timely service to clients and maintain case documentation to conclusion.
• Assist with ad hoc activities as required.

Fieldfisher LLP Insolvency and Restructuring team work closely with clients to provide practical, effective advice on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, as well as corporate restructuring. This includes handling contentious and non contentious matters, along with complex cross border insolvency issues.

The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience in:

• Advising clients on a range of insolvency law issues.
• Advising creditors, directors, and liquidators on enforcement aspects of insolvency.
• Advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law matters.
• Managing litigation caseloads in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
• Ensuring a timely service is delivered to clients.
• Other ad hoc activities as required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years' experience in Insolvency and Litigation Law;
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail;
• A strong commercial focus and business acumen;
• Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Team player with strong communication skills;
