The Corporate team at William Fry consistently have a central role in some of the most sophisticated and complex corporate transactions and advisory work in Ireland. We work on large cross-border deals with an Irish aspect. Our clients include leading Irish and international companies and institutions, public and private, as well as state and public sector bodies.We are also proud to have acted for many of Ireland’s most successful entrepreneurs. We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Lawyer to join our team.

The Person

• You have a minimum of three years' experience gained in a large. medium or boutique firm.
• You have excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with a good eye for detail.
• You have a track record of excellence in client service.
• You are commercially minded.
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently work to deadline.
• You have a strong work ethic and flexible approach to work
