Fieldfisher LLP Insolvency and Restructuring team is expanding, offering an immediate opening for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience to join their well-established unit. You will advise on insolvency issues, work with creditors, directors and liquidators, and manage litigation files to deliver high-quality work while accelerating professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Insolvency and Litigation Law.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commercial focus and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insolvency law issues across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Advise creditors, directors and liquidators on enforcement aspects of insolvency.
• Manage litigation caseloads, draft pleadings, liaise with counsel and manage case files.
• Ensure timely service to clients and maintain case documentation to conclusion.
• Assist with ad hoc activities as required.
