Job summary

Shields Sadleir LLP in Cork is seeking a motivated Litigation & Employment Solicitor to lead a growing department. The role involves managing High Court Litigation, advising clients on litigation risks, and resolving employment disputes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in litigation, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a passion for technology. Flexible working arrangements are available, with a modern office in a city centre location.

This is a new role offering the opportunity for the applicant to head up a growing department with a period of transition assisted by an experienced litigation solicitor looking to reduce their time commitments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, tech‑savvy, bright individual with a strong interest in working commercial litigation.

• High Court Litigation
• Advising commercial client on litigation risk
• Tax appeals cases
• Employment dispute resolution and litigation (training available)
