Job summary

Prosper Fingal is hiring a Social Care Worker for Day Services in Donnycarney, Co. Dublin. You will provide person-centred supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, helping them develop independence and participate in community life.

The role involves working as part of a dedicated team, with a focus on inclusion, goal achievement and values-aligned practice. CORU registration and QQI Level 7/8 are required.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).
• QQI Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
• Disability services experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions is advantageous.
• Positive, person-centred approach and commitment to supporting people to achieve their goals.

Salary: €39,100 - €56,349 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours.

Prosper Fingal is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Donnycarney, Co. Dublin. These roles offer the opportunity to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives, with a focus on independence, choice and participation in their local community. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports.

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to create opportunities, promote independence and support people to live meaningful, connected lives within their communities.

About The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will:

What You Will Need
