Job summary

Prosper Fingal is recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Swords, Co. Dublin, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives, with a focus on independence, choice and participation in their local community.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports, helping people to identify and work towards personal goals while promoting inclusion and community engagement.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker is essential.
• QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care or equivalent recognised by CORU.
• Full, clean manual driving licence desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
• Experience in disability services desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions advantageous.
• A positive, person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve goals.

Salary: €39,100 – €56,349 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours.

Prosper Fingal is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Swords, Co. Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives, with a focus on independence, choice and participation in their local community. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports.

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to create opportunities, promote independence and support people to live meaningful, connected lives within their communities.

About the Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will:
