Prosper Fingal is recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Balbriggan. We support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full, meaningful lives through person-centred supports, independence, and community participation.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care that promotes inclusion, choice and meaningful participation in community life, in alignment with Prosper's values.

Qualifications

• CORU registration is essential.
• QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care or equivalent recognised by CORU.
• A full, clean manual driving licence is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills are required.
• Experience in disability services is desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions is advantageous.
• Positive, person-centred approach and commitment to supporting people to achieve their goals.

Salary: €39,100 - €56,349 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours.

Prosper Fingal is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Balbriggan. This role offers the opportunity to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives, with a focus on independence, choice and participation in their local community. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports.

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to create opportunities, promote independence and support people to live meaningful, connected lives within their communities.

About the Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will:
