Job summary

Prosper Fingal is recruiting a Social Care Worker for Day Services in Swords, Co. Dublin to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will help individuals gain independence, participate in local community activities and work within a values-driven team.

The role requires CORU registration, a QQI 7/8 in Social Care, and strong communication and IT skills. A full driving licence is desirable; experience in disability services is valued.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).
• QQI Level 7 or Level 8 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Full, clean manual driving licence (desirable).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
• Experience in disability services is desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions is advantageous.
• Positive, person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve goals.

Salary: €39,100 - €56,349 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours.

Prosper Fingal is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Swords, Co. Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives, with a focus on independence, choice and participation in their local community. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports.

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to create opportunities, promote independence and support people to live meaningful, connected lives within their communities.
