Prosper Fingal is recruiting Social Care Workers to join our Day Services team in Portmarnock, Co. Dublin.

You will support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full and meaningful lives, with a focus on independence, choice and participation in their local community. This permanent role offers 35-39 hours per week, with a salary between €39,100 and €56,349 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).
• QQI Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or another CORU-recognised qualification.
• Full, clean manual driving licence (desirable).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
• Experience in disability services is desirable; Knowledge of New Directions is advantageous.
• A positive, person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve their goals.

Prosper Fingal is currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our Day Services team in Portmarnock, Co. Dublin. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports.

About The Role
