Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting for Social Care Workers to join a Children's Residential Service in Limerick. The role is full-time, with day and overnight shifts, focusing on care planning and welfare for young people up to 18.

Candidates must have a CORU recognized Social Care qualification or be CORU registered, a driving licence, and experience with challenging behaviours. A full driving licence and access to a car are required for local travel.

Qualifications

• Full clean manual driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience with challenging behaviours and understanding of therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans
• Promoting the rights and responsibilities of each child/young person within the centre
• Promoting physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each young person
• Family and other service liaison
• Adhering to policies and procedures
• Report Writing and documentation
• To attend regular supervision with the Social Care Leader / Manager

Cpl Healthcareare currently recruiting Social care Workers for a Children’s Residential Service in Limerick. The successful candidate will be based in a community residential setting, caring for children aged up to 18 years. This is a full time position, working both day and overnight shifts

Salary: €41,260 – €57,789
