Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin seeks Social Care Workers for a children's residential service in Dublin City & County. This full-time role includes day and overnight shifts in a community residential setting, caring for children up to 18 years old.

Successful candidates will hold a CORU-recognized Social Care qualification or full CORU registration, and have a driving licence with access to a car. Experience with challenging behaviours and therapeutic interventions is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans.
• Promote rights and welfare of children/young people in the centre.
• Liaise with family and other services.
• Attend supervision with Social Care Leader/Manager.
• Document and report writing.

Cpl Healthcareare currently recruiting Social care Workers for a Children's Residential Service in Dublin City & County.

The successful candidate will be based in a community residential setting, caring for children aged up to 18 years. This is a full time position, working both day and overnight shifts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participating in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans
• Promoting the rights and responsibilities of each child/young person within the centre
• Promoting physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each young person
• Family and other service liaison
• Adhering to policies and procedures
• Report Writing and documentation
• To attend regular supervision with the Social Care Leader / Manager

Successful candidates will have:

• A CORU recognized Social Care qualification or full Coru registration
• Ideally some experience working with young people or residential experience
• Full clean manual driving licence and access to a car
• Experience working with challenging behaviors and an understanding of therapeutic interventions

Salary:

€41,260 - €57,789
