Resilience is seeking a CORU registered Social Care Worker for our Monaghan service. You will deliver person-centred supports, provide shift leadership, and mentor teammates while upholding high standards of care and safeguarding across the team.

About the Role

As a CORU registered Social Care Worker, you’ll deliver high-quality person-centred supports while providing shift leadership, mentoring colleagues and ensuring excellent professional practice across the service.

You’ll combine direct support with leadership responsibilities, helping individuals achieve positive outcomes while supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote safeguarding and quality improvement
• Work collaboratively with families and MDTs
• Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience working within disability or social care services
• Shift leadership experience
• Full driving licence
