Zusammenfassung

iCare Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Social Care Worker to support adults with disabilities in County Monaghan. You will provide person-centred care, promote independence and help individuals participate in their communities.

Key responsibilities include developing support plans, ensuring safeguarding, and collaborating with families and professionals. A valid Social Care qualification and CORU eligibility are required; Garda vetting and references apply.

Qualifikationen

• A recognised qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• CORU registration or eligibility for registration.
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities is desirable.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Satisfactory references and Garda vetting, in accordance with the recruitment process.
• A full clean driving licence
