Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Social Care Worker for a leading disability service based in Ballybay, Monaghan. This is a full-time permanent role, working a 39-hour week with competitive pay and annual salary ranging from €39,088 to €56,349.

An additional 4% pay increase applies at the end of 2026. The role offers a clear progression path, generous benefits, and opportunities for overtime. A full driver's license and IT proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 7 in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification.
• At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility for Team leaders and 1 year experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities for the Social Care Worker role.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector for the Social Care Leader role.
• Full drivers licence is an essential requirement for all applicants.

Salary for Social Care Worker: €39,088 - €56,349 per annum

An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026.

House Coordinator position also available - salary €44341 to €56349 per annum

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline.
• At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility for Team leaders and 1 years experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities for the Social Care worker.
• At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector for the Social care leader.
• Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
• Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
• A full drivers licence is an essential requirement for all applicants
