Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions in Kilkenny are seeking a Social Care Worker for a full-time permanent role in the mainstream service. You'll work as part of a new team, providing high-quality social care and creating a safe, caring environment for vulnerable young people aged 12 to 17 in a residential setting.

The role involves delivering day-to-day activities, collaborating with Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders, and demonstrating flexibility to work 24-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 in applied Social Studies or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with children and young people in social care.
• Experience with vulnerable young people desirable but not essential.
• Full licence and car required.
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality social care in a safe, caring and stabilising environment for vulnerable 12–17 year olds.
• Deliver individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service.
