Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Social Care Workers to support children and young people in residential care across multiple locations in Ireland. The role offers day and sleepover shifts, with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing home-like environment that fosters emotional well-being.

Requirements include a Level 7/8 Social Care degree (or CORU registration), Irish residency, Garda Vetting, and the possibility of Garda Clearance for international mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care or related Coru registration (completed or in process)
• Resident in Ireland and hold EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G/4/4D/5 or EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16

• Support children and young people within a residential care setting in a safe, nurturing, home-like environment
• Promote emotional well-being, personal development and independence through access to education and community engagement
• Provide evening or overnight sleepover shifts as required

As a Social Care Worker in this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children and young people within a residential care setting, providing a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment for those aged 718. You will promote emotional well-being, personal development, and independence through access to education, community engagement, and specialist clinical psychological support. This position offers both day and sleepover shifts (12 and 24 hour shifts available).
