Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is partnering with a residential mainstream children's service to recruit Social Care Leaders for their Carlow service. The role involves leading shifts, coordinating with the Service Manager, and delivering tailored care plans in line with the service's mission and values.

The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in social care, level 7/8 in social care or similar, and CORU registration is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or similar field.
• CORU registration desirable but not essential.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Social Care.
• Car and full manual license desirable but not essential for every role.
• Full flexibility to work a residential roster.

Responsibilities

• Be the team leader of the shift, coordinating care delivery with the Service Manager/Deputy Manager.
• Lead shifts and champion best practice to ensure high standard of care.
• Support delivery of tailored Care Plans and align with the service's mission and values.
