We are expanding our team of SOC Operators and are looking for motivated, analytical team players to cover day and night shift roles in the SOC team.

Responsibilities

The ASOC supports the Dublin campus and other client locations. This is a challenging and exciting chance to join a dynamic and progressive team, with multiple responsibilities which include but are not limited to:

• Answering routine and emergency alarm calls
• Monitor alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms.
• Maintain and enhance security and safety. You will support all client specific operational tasks.
• Conduct investigations and analysis on internal and external incidents.
• Dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, Local Emergency Services and EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio.
• Maintain various records of communications and events.
• Use multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact the Client.
• Communicate and disseminate information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices.
• Perform integral roles in daily operations
• Act as a liaison between the Physical Security Department and relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate (without delay) complaints and unusual/critical event information to the SOC Supervisor & Manager.

About The Role

The Security Operations Centre operates 24/7/365 and the SOC Operator will support national and international stakeholders by making the right decisions at the right time. The SOC Operator is responsible for using best practices to identify, investigate and support all incidents that will either impact or potentially impact the business, the brand, assets and or employees.

They work 12 hours 3/4 shifts per week.
